Existing use is a legal non-conforming 59 unit mobile home park, established in 1954. The Campbell family has owned and operated the property for 30 years.

The mobile homes are park-owned rentals, on month-to-month rental agreements.

Situated on 3.9 acres, the property enjoys the rare feature of being directly on famous Oak Creek and also Highway 179.

Ideally located 1 mile south of uptown Sedona, and 1/2 mile south of the Oak Creek Bridge.
